L’ancien Premier ministre israĂ©lien Ehud Olmert a achetĂ© un nouvel appartement Ă  Tel Aviv pour 12 millions de NIS selon Globes. Le penthouse situĂ© au 7, rue Matmon, près de Kikar Hamedina, a rĂ©cemment Ă©tĂ© construit dans le cadre d’un projet d’amĂ©lioration du tremblement de terre Tama 38, qui a permis d’ajouter deux nouveaux appartements au bâtiment existant, tout en renforçant la totalitĂ© de la structure du bâtiment.

L’appartement achetĂ© par Olmert se situe aux quatrième et cinquième Ă©tages et mesure 320 mètres carrĂ©s. Il dispose d’un balcon de 110 mètres carrĂ©s et de deux places de stationnement dans un parking privĂ©.

Le nom d’Olmert n’apparaĂ®t pas sur les actes de propriĂ©tĂ© de l’appartement, mais des voisins ont confirmĂ© qu’Olmert avait achetĂ© la propriĂ©tĂ©. Selon les autoritĂ©s fiscales israĂ©liennes, l’appartement a Ă©tĂ© achetĂ© Ă  la mi-octobre 2018.

Olmert a Ă©tĂ© reconnu coupable d’acceptation de pots-de-vin et a purgĂ© une peine de 16 mois d’emprisonnement. Il a Ă©tĂ© libĂ©rĂ© en juillet 2017.
